Strict Testing and Quality Control

Jiatori Precision Mould Co., Ltd. has a laboratory testing room. It has a complete set of testing and quality control equipment for

precision machined products. All QC personnel must undergo a one-month training and pass an examination.

Most of the equipment in the laboratory is imported from abroad. We maintain it according to strict procedures.

Accurate measurement of production data:

For machine product data such as length, width, thickness, inner diameter, outer diameter, slot width, etc., we have Swiss-made 

Trimos V5/TESA HITE700.

For these more precise data, we have introduced Mitutoyo micrometers and Nikon 100 altimeters for further inspection.

For 2D dimensions such as plane, step and depth, we use an image measuring instrument made in Taiwan.

We are also equipped with a Hexagon CMM for all-round inspection of complex cavity shapes and can provide customers with 

FAI, GR&R, MSA, CPK and SPC reports. Strict quality control ensures that the quality of our products meets or exceeds our 

customers' requirements.

After the instrument measurement is completed, we verify it with physical inspection, which is also the inspection of the material object.

Delivery time

Delivery time for parts is usually 7-15 working days depending on quantity.

We ship by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or on request. It will take approximately 3-5 days to arrive at your workbench and a proof of delivery or 

tracking number will be provided at the time of despatch. For larger quantities we ship by sea, which is more economical for the customer.
