A: During the mold-making process, we perform material and part inspections. For part production, we conduct 100% full quality checks before packaging and reject any parts that do not meet our quality standards or the quality approved by our client.

Q: How can I get a quotation?

A: Upon receipt of your RFQ, we will respond within 2 hours. To receive a competitive quote, please provide the following details:
a) 2D part drawings in PDF or JPG format & 3D part drawings in UG, PRO/E, SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, CAD, STP, X_T, IGS, PRT, DWG, or DXF format.
b) Resin information (datasheet).
c) Annual quantity requirement for plastic parts.

Q: What do we do if we don't have any parts drawings?

A: If you don't have part drawings, you can send us your plastic part samples or photos with dimensions, and we will offer our technical solutions. We will create the drawings for you.

Q: Before mass production, can we get some samples?

A: Yes, we will send you a sample for your approval before starting mass production.

Q: How can I get information about the progress of my order due to the time difference with China and overseas?

A: Each week, we will send you a production progress report with digital images and videos showing the progress of your order.

Q: What is your lead time for delivery?

A: Our standard lead time for mold production is 4 weeks. For plastic parts, it ranges from 4 to 20 days, depending on the quantity.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: We require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due before shipping. For smaller orders, we accept PayPal (with the PayPal commission added). For larger orders, T/T is preferred.

Q: How do you deliver the goods?

A: Our logistics department can provide shipping costs via sea or air freight, using Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, DDU, etc. Alternatively, we can work with your appointed shipping forwarder.
